Warning shown when 'Dragged into new Parent' action is not defined

Drag & Drop version 3.0.4

Describe the bug

When configuring the drag and drop widget as a single instance we get warnings to configure the 'Dragged into new Parent' action even though it is not relevant.

To Reproduce

1. Configure a single drag and drop widget
2. Do not configure the 'Dragged into new Parent'
3. See the error in the logs with code: CW0055

Expected behavior
No warning
