docs: keep staging PR free of local audit review notes

The all-fixes staging branch is only meant to expose the remaining local microflow roundtrip work under the upstream umbrella issue. The internal review document contains project-specific audit notes that do not belong in an upstream PR diff.

Remove that document from the staging branch so the draft PR tracks code and public language assets only. Tests are unchanged; this is documentation hygiene for PR submission.
