Pico 2 / Pico 2 W not showing in device list

Cause:

The app prioritizes the remote API, which does not include these boards pico2/pico2w, so local entries are ignored.

Also, rp2350 is not supported in the UF2 flow.

Expected:

• Pico 2 and Pico 2 W appear in the device list
• rp2350 uses the same UF2 flow as rp2040
