Plugin fails with forwarder secondary

Hey @mia-0032,

For our specific set up we need to use a proxy on some servers, this has prompted us to use a secondary of type forwarder. I'm learning now that this plugin does not work with a forwarder as a secondary, is this intentional?

Below is the log that kills fluentd

Use different plugin for secondary. Check the plugin works with primary like secondary_file Primary="Fluent::Plugin::GcloudPubSubOutput" secondary="Fluent::Plugin::ForwardOutput"

I checked the source code of Fluentd and found your error message is a warning. So if your Fluentd is killed, I think that another reason is exist.
