No idea why this is happening or how to fix this. I guess maybe it's related to FFmpeg. There is no way to manually rearrange the frames into the right order, is there?
This weirds me out, because I couldn't find anyone else having this issue on Google.
The frames recorded by webmcam are sometimes out of order. Like, frame 121 is listed below frame 123.
