I did not update the md5sum or .sig files yet, there is info in our google bucket for that but it seemed incomplete for my needs

once you do that and test the image this will be ready to merge from my perspective.

What does this change intend to accomplish?
I've pressed a new 0.4.8 image so we can stop sending people back to 0.3.1 when they have an otherwise irrecoverable issue, this change lets users download that using the same instruction manual we've linked to in the past.
