Switches randomly switch on/off

I am noticing that the AmpliPi wall panel is switching itself on/off almost everyday around 9:14 a.m, typically I find itself doing it at-least twice a day from the logs I have in Home Assistant. Not sure if this has been discovered at all.

When this occurs, I am pretty sure the AmpliPi is not restarting but the switches are simply switching on/off. The blue lights signifying whether or not the switch is on are switched back to off afterward.

Not sure if there's upgrades in the works for the WallPanel, but still getting this pretty much daily. Will be working in my office and the light will go off.

This is currently on 0.2.15. FWIW, the switch reports to Home Assistant that the Switch has switched ON and then switched OFF in sequence. Which then triggers my on/off automations from the switch.

Adding some more insight here

Currently the switch has two switches on it Switch 1 and Switch 2

I noticed that this doesn't occur with Switch 1, which is connected to my overhead light in my room. Switch 2 is not connected to anything, but I use it as a "dumb" button with MQTT to turn on and off the desk lamp in my room.

Not sure if perhaps it has something to do with Switch 2 not being connected to any romex wiring, but it just occurred to me looking at my logs that it never happens with Switch 1.

I also cannot seem to "turn on" Switch 2 from MQTT / HomeAssistant whereas Switch 1 operates as expected (i.e. can turn on/off from homeassistant mqtt)
