Updates the autonomous planner work queue to reflect current roadmap priorities by removing closed items and adding newly scoped “Next” capability work, keeping the loop focused on user-visible capability.
Changes:
- Removed closed AP2 mandate foundation (#3552) and provider resilience hardening (#4650) items from the queue.
- Added new “Next” capability items for gRPC reflection MCP (#4796) and Kubernetes CRD/operator foundations (#4797).
- Replaced the background hardening section with an explicit note that it’s intentionally empty unless it unlocks clear user-visible capability.
