TypeScript 7 is the native (Go) compiler. `require('typescript')` returns
only { version, versionMajorMinor }, not the JS compiler API that Next.js
and typescript-eslint (ts-standard) depend on, so `next build` fails with
"do not have the required package(s) installed" (PR #57 / Vercel error).
Ignore typescript >=7 until the toolchain supports the native compiler.
