@vhvb1989 This looks good to me. Could you create a readme with instructions for how to set up and add the deploy to Azure Button?

This is the basic set up for agents with the ability to bring an Azure OpenAI account with deployments instead of creating deployments in the Azure-AiServices account.
The existing Azure OpenAI account is connected to the AI-Project and a cap host is created to define the connections.
