Description

As we introduced @msinternal/botframework-webchat-tsconfig package, we no longer need @tsconfig/strictest in individual packages. We will configure it through the new package.

Design

Specific Changes

  • Remove @tsconfig/strictest dependencies from all packages except @msinternal/botframework-webchat-tsconfig
  • I have added tests and executed them locally
  • I have updated CHANGELOG.md
  • I have updated documentation
