Purpose

This pull request updates deployment configuration for both the backend and frontend containers, as well as corrects the output URLs for the API and web applications. The changes ensure that the latest container images are used and that the outputs reflect the intended application endpoints.

Container image updates:

• Updated the default container image tags for both backend and frontend to latest_waf_2025-09-18_898 in both infra/main.bicep and infra/main.json. This ensures deployments use the latest build. [1] [2] [3] [4]

Output URL corrections:

• Swapped the output values for API_APP_URL and WEB_APP_URL in both infra/main.bicep and infra/main.json so that API_APP_URL now points to the api- subdomain and WEB_APP_URL points to the app- subdomain, matching their intended roles. [1] [2]

Other:

• Updated the templateHash in infra/main.json to reflect changes in the template.
