Can't find my own add-on in my developer dashboard

I am an Edge extension developer.

I have logged into the developer dashboard to publish a new version of an extension that has already been published on 'Edge add-ons' (https://microsoftedge.microsoft.com/addons), but the dashboard is empty and I cannot do anything. After wandering around the Microsoft Partner Centre, I seem to have created a new profile (I received an email from Microsoft saying 'We have successfully verified your Partner Centre profile SellerId ######### information'). And I still can't find my add-on in the Developer Dashboard.

What should I do?

Help + support has too many complex options and most topics show no additional support is available and do not solve the problem. So I managed to send a request on the appropriate topic. But when I click on it, this is what happens. What does this mean?
