Edge Add-ons submission stuck in review and Cancel submission is disabled

Hello Microsoft Edge Extensions team,

My Edge Add-ons extension submission appears to be stuck in review, and I cannot cancel it from Partner Center because the "Cancel submission" button is disabled.

Issue:

• The 0.0.0 submission is shown as "In review".
• The "Cancel submission" button is visible but disabled.
• I need to cancel or unblock the 0.0.0 submission so I can submit the updated 0.1.0 package.

Could you please help unblock, cancel, or review the stuck submission?

@Rahul-Bauri My extension, ScrollBlock, is stuck in review. This update only included a few simple changes, like the logo and some text. Why is it taking so long?
