[Bug - Edge Addons] Searching extension author/publisher not matching extensions

Describe the bug
When searching for the name of a specific extension author/publisher, their extensions may not show up.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://microsoftedge.microsoft.com/addons
2. Search for "Jeurissen"

Expected behavior
For extensions like KeepBackPlay to be listed:
https://microsoftedge.microsoft.com/addons/detail/keepbackplay-background/dgcbepoghjphcihldlmiaefeadookoff

However it is not. Searching for the publisher name should match extensions with that name as publisher/author.

Hi @carlosjeurissen I will check with the appropriate team on whether extensions should appear in search results when users search by the author's/publisher's name for the extension. I’ll confirm this with them and get back to you with a more accurate response.
