Every time when opening a new issue in this repository, an email is send by GitHub with the following error:

@carlosjeurissen Thank you for reporting and highlighting this issue. I’ve also attempted to reproduce it and am seeing the same email.

Could you please confirm whether this issue has started occurring recently or if it has been happening earlier as well? I will check with the relevant team to get this resolved.

This issue has been occurring for at least a few weeks. Yet can't give you the exact moment it started.
