Published Extension version is different from manifest

My manifest version is 4.2.1 but the extension is 4.1.0
I uploaded a new version, in the developer console, it shows this version is live(the 4.2.1) but on the Extension Store, its still 4.1.0

What I did wrong?

Hi @PsyYak could you please provide a screenshot of the page where it shows a different version in the partner center dashboard, I will then check with the engineering team to help resolve the issue.

@PsyYak I see that your recent submission was completed today (5/29/2026, 10:33:15 AM) and is currently processing through the system. While it is typically published within the hour after review completion, it may take up to 24 hours for the updated version to fully reflect across all systems and the Edge Add-ons Store.

In parallel, we are also checking internally to confirm that everything is functioning as expected and to identify if any issues may be contributing to this version mismatch. We’ll keep you updated if any further action is required.

@Rahul-Bauri that doesn't make sense sending a user notification "hey you version is published" while it isnt.
I understand syncing time etc, but then the whole process of the notification is misleading.

(also the update date isn't change, even tho the system marked today as a new version)
