Purpose
This pull request adds a new resource to manage and standardize tagging for resource groups in the
infra/main.bicepfile. The main improvement is the introduction of aresourceGroupTagsresource that applies consistent tags, including environment name, template name, and creator information, to all resources.Resource tagging improvements:
resourceGroupTagsresource that applies a unified set of tags to the resource group, includingazd-env-name,TemplateName, andCreatedBy, which is derived from the deployer's user principal name.deployer()function to dynamically capture deployment metadata for tagging purposes.unionfunction for a comprehensive tagging strategy.Does this introduce a breaking change?
