the hf datasets VITRA-TeleData dont have teledata_statistics.json, how should I generate it?

teledata_statistics.json contains the per-dimension mean and standard deviation statistics of the action data. You can generate it by sampling the dataset with a custom dataloader and computing the mean/std over all action dimensions.
