Feature Request: Support Caching Metrics

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
We are currently hitting the Azure Service Bus Standard tier Management Operations throttling limits due to a large number of KEDA-based Container Apps performing scaling checks.

Describe the solution you'd like.
Based on the KEDA documentation below, we would like to see support for metric caching implemented or, if already supported, exposed through the Azure CLI and/or Portal configuration experience:

Thanks, this is a sensible ask. Metric caching is a KEDA scaler feature that would need to be exposed through the ACA scale rule surface (ARM/CLI/Portal). Labeling Scale / keda for the team to evaluate.
