Improve docs for preview features.#246

1. Ensure that all APIs that are preview features are marked as such. 2. Mention that preview features are subject to change. 3. Point the `inject-files` API types to the inject files config type's `previewFeatures` flag. 4. Cleanup and add missing `Added in <version>` strings.
