Auto Patch python-pip for CVE-2026-6357.

CVE-2026-6357:

  1. python-pip package is affected by this CVE as it is in affected range affected from 0 before 26.1.
  2. Backported patch manually due to version differences between upstream and current codebase.
  3. Buddy Build is successful and the patch applies cleanly.
