fix: resolve dependabot security alerts - upgrade uuid to v14

- uuid: 13.x -> 14.x (fixes GHSA-w5hq-g745-h8pq - missing buffer bounds check in v3/v5/v6)

- Vite, picomatch, path-to-regexp, follow-redirects alerts resolved via dev merge
