Description of changes
We needed to update WebdriverIO to version 9 to comply with the latest Node version 22. This PR updates the WebdriverIO version in the E2E test package in FURN and resolves any necessary code updates in the test files.
Verification
Manually verified that package can be successfully built and that a sample of E2E tests run as expected.
