Previous Behavior
Styles were copy-pasted in contrib, icons to keep the composed SB look and feel consistent.
New Behavior
This PR introduces shared Storybook preview styles for Fluent UI Storybooks. The changes allow to reuse styles in other repos (contrib, icons, etc)
