Tutorial and project names are not clear on high contrast on mode

Repro steps:

1. Navigate to https://makecode.chibitronics.com/beta#editor
2. Click "More..." -> "High contrast On" to open high contrast on mode
3. Click "Home" to back to home page
4. Click on the tutorials and examples and observe the name

Expected result:
Tutorial and project names should be clear

Actual result:
Tutorial and project names are not clear on high contrast on mode
