This function allocates a backbuffer to hold enough pixels for the final LED, and then sets the given LED. Subsequent calls to setRGBStickerLED() will include this LED, unless a different `index` is specified. This allocated memory will persist until the device is reset. We only really have one pin. This will need to be collapsed so that the external tape compliments the onboard led. For now, it's designed as though it's a separate LED buffer, which is not the case. Signed-off-by: Sean Cross <sean@xobs.io>
