“Follow us on Twitter” footer icon returns 404 on Introduction documentation page

Describe the bug
On the Fireflies project introduction page, the "Follow us on Twitter" icon (https://twitter.com/intent/follow?screen_name=MsMakeCode) in the footer redirects to a 404 error page when clicked.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Navigate to https://makecode.microbit.org/beta.
2. Scroll down to the Radio Games section on the home page.
3. Select Fireflies.
4. Click the Show Instructions button.
5. Open the Fireflies projects page at https://makecode.microbit.org/projects/fireflies.
6. Scroll down to the page footer.
7. Click the Follow us on Twitter icon.

Actual behavior
Follow us on Twitter footer icon opens a new tab that displays a 404 error page.

Expected behavior
Clicking the Follow us on Twitter footer icon should open the correct external Twitter page successfully in a new tab.
