Simulator frequently does not load binary when refreshing

I've noticed that if the game live-reloads, or if I click the reset button on the simulator, frequently it fails to load the new binary.
The page refreshes, but is left with a blank simulator, with no way to fix it by refreshing the tab in the browser.

Sometimes waiting 5+ seconds in between saving the file will make it refresh properly, but any quick edits or reset button presses will produce this issue.
