Enhance agent prompts for code analysis workflows (#347)

Introduce new agent and prompt files to improve workflows for analyzing,
explaining, implementing, and planning features and bugs. This update
refines the prompts to ensure clarity and effectiveness in guiding users
through the code analysis process.
