Description
Update the "Latest release" tag to point to our NPM and Github so that developers are less confused when we don't update the website
Why
One of the most common complaints I get is "The website says the latest release is 0.xx !" when it's actually "0.xx + 3" and I just haven't updated this website. Instead of storing the static string, I'm just gonna have a link to our NPM page and Github releases. Those should both be properly updated.
