Why
What is the motivation for this change? Add a few sentences describing the context and overall goals of the pull request's commits.
Fixed broken links for the CI to run.
i) Removed sample app s hyperlink, because it is removed from the repo
ii)Visual studio for MAC is reached the EOL from 2026 version, l added VS2022 link instead of that.

NPM is given when workflow bot try to access NPM site it throws 403, it is because of recent restrictions done by NPM.
