error D8000: UNKNOWN COMMAND-LINE ERROR Microsoft.ReactNative.vcxproj

I was trying to set up my first React Native Windows app after fulfilling all the prerequisites. Now, when I try to run Windows, I keep getting the error:

cl : command line error D8000: UNKNOWN COMMAND-LINE ERROR [reactNativeApp\node_modules\react-native-windows\Microsoft.ReactNative\Microsoft.ReactNative.vcxproj].
To overcome this, I tried building a new app a couple of times to undo any changes I might have made unknowingly.

Error Details:

× Build failed with message cl : command line error D8000: UNKNOWN COMMAND-LINE ERROR [reactNativeApp\node_modules\react-native-windows\Microsoft.ReactNative\Microsoft.ReactNative.vcxproj]. Check your build configuration.
× It is possible your installation is missing required software dependencies. Dependencies can be automatically installed by running reactNativeApp\node_modules\react-native-windows\scripts\rnw-dependencies.ps1 from an elevated PowerShell prompt.
I ran the reactNativeApp\node_modules\react-native-windows\scripts\rnw-dependencies.ps1 command as well:

All mandatory requirements met.

Commands I used:
npx --yes @react-native-community/cli@next init --version ^0.78.0
cd
npm install --save react-native-windows@^0.78.0
npx react-native init-windows --overwrite
npx react-native run-windows

Is there anything I can try to resolve it?

Going to convert this to a bug issue to help the next level of investigation.
The fact that your dev machine is failing the memory check. Not sure why that shows an error but then "all mandatory requirements met", but for sure that'll impact your experience.
