Description

Upgrade Boost dependency to version 1.84.

Type of Change

Erase all that don't apply.

  • Bug fix (non-breaking change which fixes an issue)

Why

Upstream React Native (Facebook) already uses this Boost version even in branch 0.81-stable.

What

Bump Boost NuGet dependency version to 1.84.0.
