Steps to reproduce:

1. Open 'C/C++ Configuration' UI by Press F1->Run 'C/C++: Edit Configurations (UI)'.
2. Observe 'C/C++ Properties Schema Reference' link.

Expected behavior: 'C/C++ Properties Schema Reference' link should be translated.
