Environment

• OS and Version: Win/Linux/macOS
• VS Code Version: 1.98.2
• C/C++ Extension Version: 1.24.4(pre-release)
• If using SSH remote, specify OS of remote machine: NA

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a Test folder and open with VS Code
2. Press F1 to open command palette and type 'C/C++: Edit Configurations (UI)'
3. Scroll down to 'Advanced Settings' and expand
4. Observe the three info(Recursive includes: priority) at the bottom

Expected behavior:
The three info(Recursive includes: priority) should be translated.

Actual behavior:
The three info(Recursive includes: priority) have not been translated.
