Query Playground Run button disappears after saving the file

Bug Description

Once you save the Query Playground file, the [Run] functionality (Run | Collection View | Shell buttons) is no longer presented.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open a Query Playground in the DocumentDB extension
2. Observe the [Run] | [Collection View] | [Shell] buttons are visible above the query
3. Save the Query Playground file (Ctrl+S)
4. The [Run] buttons disappear and are no longer available

Expected Behavior

The Run/Collection View/Shell action buttons should remain visible and functional after saving the Query Playground file.

Actual Behavior

After saving the file, the Run action buttons disappear entirely, making it impossible to execute queries without reopening the playground.

Environment

• VS Code DocumentDB Extension
• Connected to Cosmos DB (MongoDB vCore / DocumentDB)

@sajeetharan I was able to replicate this issue. We observe that the link between the file and the live session is being lost once the file is saved. I'm increasing the priority of this issue. Thank you for reporting!
