Coding agent prompt title and phrasing

After using the cloud button, it's great I get a clear prompt about what happens next:

I think there are a few opportunities to improve the phrasing of this prompt further:

• Title: For consistency, I'd expect the title of this prompt to be Coding agent will continue your work... rather than Copilot coding agent
  • The cloud tooltip says Delegate to coding agent (no mention of Copilot), which I like and is aligned with our current phrasing approach
  • The session logs are also titled Coding Agent Session Log

• Description:
  • Should we mention there being a new branch too? Something like ... its context will be used to continue your work in a new branch and pull request.
  • Should we mention that specifically the user's current local chat session will end? As I think more about this, I think adding local may sound odd, but still wanted to note it as it was one of my first impressions

Here's some additional feedback, including from discussion with @kieferrm and @rebornix:

• There should be a Don't show again
  • It currently can't be skipped even if there is no local change
• Any other approaches to the UI? The native dialogue UX doesn't look great on Windows

I also think the post-docs viewing experience could be smoother. Right now, viewing docs from the dialogue cancels the session and outputs this to the chat panel:
