Figure out way to check remote scenario for activation

We handle shellstartup via modifying profile file for wsl scenario.
I wish we could have access to things like remoteAuthority that would allow us to modify profile/shell init scripts for other non-wsl remote scenario as well.

@anthonykim1 the extension runs in the extension host on the remote, so I think everything should just work properly?
