I don't know how to repro this exactly, but after installing Python Environments extension and letting Copilot use its tools, it keeps adding these settings to $WORKSPACE_ROOT/.vscode/settings.json.
Problem: it doesn't let me know that it is changing settings and why, and that I should save these changes with consequences (it will not affect anything besides the Python Env extension or not)
