"Auto find" could be in the same quickpick

I notice an "Auto Find" option, but then I pick it and just get an error notification that no projects were found. I wonder if this could happen automatically and we just shown any discovered environments as items in the "Select a project" quickpick?

We should hide Auto Find if we know there will be no projects found in this quick fix
