Detected Python version is wrong and may affect Python Debugger extension.

Issue:

The extension cannot detect correct python version. In my case, it shows system python is 3.8.10 but it should be 3.12.3 and im sure that there is no version 3.8 in my computer. And when I start debug session, it prompts debugger does not support python <=3.9
