neither ADMX or PowerShell scripts are working

I still have a problem after editing the ADMX for VSCODE, and they show success on Intune, and I can see the registry paths and values applied,but the Vscode app doesn't seem to care about these values

At first i thought the problem was because we use the app store version, and sometimes we ran into similar problems with other apps

Any ideas on how to make this work????

what we want to achive is basiclly an allow list of extention and lock the settings for the enduser to edit them, my workaround was to eidt the JSON file under the app data but that is easily can be modifed and eidted
