Winget bot needs to get the ARP entry for some apps which have different version for the setup and program.

Wingetbot's automatic updates messes everything up sometimes.

I'm not sure about other apps but based on the link it seems to be taking the setup version which in this rare case doesn't match the version and also the setup downloads the latest version.

Maybe a special Sandbox ARP for these packages should fix it.
