Pull Request Overview
This PR adds permissions for new fullRefresh API endpoints for external connections. The changes enable POST operations on fullRefresh endpoints for starting/ending refresh operations, managing groups, and handling items.
- Adds permissions for fullRefresh start/end endpoints with DelegatedWork and Application schemes
- Adds permissions for fullRefresh groups and group members endpoints
- Adds permissions for fullRefresh items endpoint
