Hi,
Need a little help.
we have updated our deployment to use no subscription when deploying Microsoft graph application or service Principals, I can successfully deploy both. what I did notice with this change. Service principal that we use for deployments is now showing up in the owner section along with the owners we define.
previously we using a resource group for deployments and successfully deployed and add the owners we defined successfully without adding the deployment service principal.
Can someone help me understand why the change in behavior between deploying with no subscription and deploying with resource group.
