Update version references from 0.1.15 to 0.1.16: the root pom.xml parent version and the <microsphere-spring-cloud.version> property in microsphere-hibernate-parent/pom.xml. Aligns the project to the new microsphere-spring-cloud release.
Update README.md table to display the new latest versions for branches: main -> 0.2.5 and 1.x -> 0.1.5. This reflects the recent release/version bumps in the project.
