Update the project parent version and the shared `microsphere-spring-cloud.version` property from `0.1.16` to `0.1.21` to align dependency management with the newer release.
Refresh the branch/version table in README.md to reflect the latest releases: main from 0.2.5 to 0.2.6 and 1.x from 0.1.5 to 0.1.6.
