Update Microsphere BOM dependencies

Adjusts BOM imports in the parent POM: the first BOM dependency now imports microsphere-testing-bom (instead of logging), a new microsphere-javaee-bom import is added, and the following import is changed to microsphere-logging-bom. All BOMs use ${microsphere-bom.version} with type pom and scope import to ensure the correct BOMs are imported into the build.
