Revamp Frontend design and functionality

Why do we need this ?

• Currently, our app seems to have inconsistent padding and margins to variable font sizes and selections across the UI making the UI inconsistent.

• There seems to be excessive padding on dropdowns and some dropdowns don't follow that padding

• When the app is loaded up, there seems to appear 3 loading states showing the progress. Having one progress should be enough

• Deployment Insights page has variable font sizes and selection and is overwhelming with texts.

• Most Cards are not fully optimised to take up the entire space and width and show the user better context.

• Teams Page cards could be improved with added styling, importing repository images/logo and showing more details

• System logs page could be improved with added styling and design preferences.

• These changes along with Enhancing performance metrics #651 would make the Frontend a lot optimised for performance with better design and UX

Also the theming system is litteraly bad !!, its hard if we want to customize the theme, becuase thers some places are hard coded !!!
